• Performs QA activities (Complaint Management/NC-CAPA Process/ QMS Documentation/Risk Management) in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EN ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, 14001, MDSAP, MDR/MDD, FDA 21 CRF 820) and company procedures (SOPs, GMP and GLP).• Handling/investigation/trending of customer complaints in TrackWise (Qtrak) system in a timely manner.• Manages NCs, corrections and CAPAs implements Root Cause Analysis together with impact/risk assessments considering Risk matrix, FMEA and participates in action plan creation.• Participates in pFMEA preparation to support process validations.• Support of reviewing statistical data applications to develop sampling/ test plan for finished goods via MiniTAB software in certain periods.• Supports the product line for Technical File and Risk Management File updates.• Participates Green Belt projects to improve the OEE of manufacturing.• Assists internal/ external (TüV - MDSAP) audits as required.• Support Supplier Quality Initiatives (SCAR) to mitigate/correct the risk associated to raw materials.• Knowledge of EO/Gama Sterilization, Bioburden, LAL to oversee the effect on customer complaints.• Participates in Finish Good and Incoming Inspections, batch record preparation, performs validation activities (cleanroom, Test Method).• Takes part in design change/transfer project verification and validation activities and assesses their impact on processes,• Support process qualification and validation activities (IQ, OQ, and PQ).

•Responsible for conducting technological inspections to all product families according to valid internal procedures.•Accountable for the timely implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), change management, compliance activities to continuously improve the quality management system as per ISO 13485.•Support in risk management activities using tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis and risk mitigation measures as per ISO 14971.•Responsible for preparation of the certificates and any needed documentation for technological inspections required by SOP in accordance with MDD&MDR regulations.•Creation and review of working instructions, supportive documents and forms. Execute training where necessary for created working instructions which is implemented in the QMS.•Performing investigations and root cause analyses for defects which encountered as a result of quality controls (material issues of raw material or final products).•Support Quality Senior Manager regarding the internal & external audits including tracking and follow-up on all audit findings.•Support control of technological inspection for engineering project which performed by global Research and Development department and in scope of change management•Support for implementing impact assessment to the quality department within the scope of process change management.•Work in collaboration with QC Validation & test methods responsible for the Technological Control Validations.•Providing support to production chief where necessary regarding the Quality Control procedures and specifications.•Work in collaboration with Supplier Quality responsible to open Supplier complaints for any components defects resulted from the inspections.•Providing support to production chief where necessary regarding the Quality Control procedures and specifications.•The function incumbent is assigned as “Lean & Six Sigma Responsible” for Lean & Six Sigma related projects and 5S activities.
