My Role was To manage engineering activities for daily production and new project launches of Ford Transit in aspects of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and motivation. As the Plant Launch Leader, I oversee new product launches following the Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS), providing guidance and leadership to the plant launch team while managing daily tasks.- Lead New Transit Launch Phase2 as Plant Launch Leader- Lead totally One plant launch, 2 vehicle launches and 2 capacity increase launch in 5 years. Total Budget managed 14M Euro in last Project- Lead Prototype build of the new vehicle is managed as plant prototype leader and delivered the builds earlier than the timing within the cost budget. - Reduced Warranty costs %40 in 3 years with quality DMAIC studies- Reduced scrap cost %80 with 6 Sigma and process improvement
