As the Global BPA Practice Head, responsible for ABB's internal Digital Transformation via Business Process Automation (BPA). This aims to centralize all automation requests and the delivery across ABB under the BPA Center of Expertise (CoE). The BPA CoE is formed within Global Business Services and serving across ABB. The scope covers; the initiation of large-scale BPA programs, demand creation and management, simplification, delivery support; scaling technology towards smart automation (hyper-automation) and cognitive automation; and organizational transformation (people, culture, process, operating model, etc.). The BPA CoE contributing to the intelligent automation (hyperautomation) market development through the partners and provides a wider scope of services to its end users/investors as well.
