Owning Infosec Third Party Risk Management governance polices and guiding 40+ 1st Line of Defense leads across P&G’s organizational units. Launching the new InfoSec TPRM as a Service strategy to transform and accelerate how third-party risks tiered, assessed and remediated effectively for P&G.

Formed the service team from the ground up managing P&G’s physical access control IT system called C•Cure. Led the multi-functional global team (+60) of system integrators, regional governance leads and third party security providers. Drove operational excellence and UX at optimal cost for +180 P&G sites. Transformed an HR solution to an IT service.• Set the service strategy, metrics and support controls. Introduced user community of practice and launched the service portal. Re-platformed the complex onprem infrastructure to cloud, driving elasticity and savings. Implemented ITIL practices and drastically reduced number of support cases by 90% in two years.• Partnered with Global Security and Governance teams, identified and addressed numerous service improvement and compliance findings. Deployed self-auditing capabilities to all sites, giving physical security 1st line of defense teams a direct and real time visibility & actioning.• Led the service innovation. Qualified and launched Biometric Access Solution with ER, Privacy and Legal partnership. Deployed to number of offices in Cincinnati.

Led critical InfoSec projects, hardening P&G’s cyber security. Delivered content and collaboration services to 43,500 NA users, step changing productivity and employee experience at optimal cost. • Led USB blocking project globally, controlling mass storage access and DLP controls to 98,000 devices across all plants, innovation centers, general and sales offices. Delivered exception management and emergency hyper care resulting in no business disruption• Led the key Integrated Risk Management projects. Digitized and integrated BCP, IT Continuity, Site and Application Risk Assessment processes in Archer. • Managed the portfolio of content and collaboration initiatives for NA. Led the project delivery of Office 365 adoption, legacy solution sun set (e.g. Box, Accellion).

Transformed how P&G collaborates internally & externally and manages its content securely. Let the multifunctional global project team (+90) consisting of service, security, network, support, mobility, communication and delivery groups.• Migrated 700TB of email and content data, 126K accounts and 25K mobile devices to Office 365 cloud infrastructure over 48 weeks site by site. Drove user adoption & value with centralized campaigns as well as local trainings and events. Generated vast productivity gains and multimillion dollars of hard saving thanks to elimination of local infrastructure.• Deployed P&G’s first ever multi factor authentication, Ping, to diverse user profiles (employees, contractors, executives, shared account holders) with no business disruption. Led the culture change.• Transitioned legacy solutions to Office 365 suite. Eliminated Office 2007, while handling macro compatibility issues and Office 2016 adoption challenges.

Led the team of 4 for delivery of high employee & company impacting projects. Delivered millions of dollars of hard saving, while increasing the employee productivity and satisfaction.• With “bring your own mobile” replaced +50% of corporate mobile phones & lines. With multi-tier “video collaboration”, saved +20% from travel budget. With “Digital workplace”, consolidated and transformed the office space frugally and introduced agile workstations, drastically improving the utilization by 160%.• Harmonized Europe’s PC & Mobility policies across Europe & IMEA. Drove right sizing strategy, mass reauthorization campaigns and established device eligibility policy.• Ensured site facility and IT services delivered autonomously to 14 SEE & TCau sites & +2000 employees.

(1st time capability in FMCG).• Built virtual store & shelf libraries as well as physical VR rooms enabling 2D & 3D reviews. • Eliminated physical mockup process. Enabled 8 Category GMs to virtually review the product initiative designs and take critical launch decisions. • Introduced “virtual concept sell” and “virtual consumer test” capabilities.

Deployed regional sales reporting system in Oracle Sales Analyzer (OSA), leading to faster decision making• Collected and consolidated local needs from 11 countries. Drove alignment with global OSA team on scope, budget, and solution delivery.• Enabled 7 hours earlier reporting and eliminated local reporting systems, yielding 2.6 FTE productivity.

Governed sales & stock data warehouse. Developed auto order generation, drastically reducing customer inventory. • Automated daily data extraction from 9 distributors and order generation for +400 SKUs and 27 warehouses while following stock targets, allocation, availability and min order size. Outsourced its operations. Eliminated manual ordering and decreased distributors’ stock level from 18 days to 9 days.• Established secure EDI across P&G’s all national retailers in Turkey. Put in place automated exception handling and feedback system. Achieved 2.1 days reduced inventory and 15% out of stock reduction.
