As a professional triathlete, I had the honor of representing South Africa and achieving top honors in various competitions. I am a multiple South African and African Elite Triathlon Champion over sprint and Olympic distance events, including winning the All Africa Games in triathlon. My career allowed me to develop a strong work ethic, discipline, and perseverance. I dedicated countless hours per week to training and competing at the highest levels, set and achieved ambitious performance goals, and maintained positive relationships with sponsors and media. I also had the opportunity to inspire and mentor aspiring athletes, contributing to the growth of the sport in South Africa. These experiences have developed my skills in discipline, goal setting and achievement, national networking, public relations, and mentorship.
