Supervisor, Account Services
Current• Manage day-to-day tasks of account services for $8MM+ of direct business• Retain and grow existing client relationships • Develop ideas and strategies for client and partnership opportunities • Support personal client list as well as account and sales team with their needs• Strategize and develop client proposals (supporting documents, investments, customer templates) to drive new business. Work closely with multiple teams to prioritize and ensure deliverables are met on time. Develop recommendations for campaign optimizations and renewal based on historicals, performance, targeting and creative messaging• Work closely with all teams involved to ensure that corporate brand, marketing, and business objectives are being met• Lead training for new Account Services team hires• Develop new / prospective client opportunities in assigned categories
