- providing support to EU funding projects- contributing to the drafting of new proposals for EU funding- coordinating consortia composed of diverse organizations from several EU and non-EU countries- authoring of projects deliverables and reports- developing adult education curricula, and e-training programs- planning, organizing and coordinating EU funding projects' dissemination activities- creating compelling and impactful projects' dissemination content / visuals- organizing and participating in transnational projects meetings, trainings, seminars either in person or/and online- providing administrative, communication and graphic support in CulturePolis and its autonomous initiative, the Center of Greek and Arabic Literature and Culture – K.EL.A.L.P.- representing CulturePolis at the Hellenic network of the international Anna Lindh Foundation (actively participating in physical multi-day annual meetings of the network)- contributing in the organization re-design with emphasis to its management procedures and communication practices

- preparing and dispatching Travel Directors' documentation- booking services for guests, such as transfers- supporting overseas offices with queries related to itineraries- assisting with stock inventory and stock replenishment

- welcoming customers, engaging with them and providing information about the museum and its collection- helping visitors to discover more about the Museum, assisting with interpretation (answering questions, handing out leaflets)- conducting online research and building contact lists- gathering and processing customer information- supporting marketing assistant through producing social media content and assisting in campaigns

- responsible for ensuring that guests are met on the arrival at the airport for all scheduled flight landings- creating a good first impression, reflecting the high standard of service- facilitating transfers to the hotel by efficiently coordinating with the driver on duty- accompanying guests’ transfers to their hotel- maintaining detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotels' surroundings in order to provide any needed information to guests- informing Travel Directors' for flight delays, no show of guests or/and any other issues- accompanying guests on day trips in Greece (receiving positive feedback on the company's Tripadvisor page for providing exceptional travel experiences as a personal escort)
