In my more advanced roles I was a User Acceptance Tester, the UAT lead and a system owner as a Senior Analyst. I supported the BGCO Systems Digital Automation team with project management, intake funnel processing and funding management. I'm currently a Principal Engineer product owner supporting CCAI and other automation technology. I also completed 14 years of military service with the Army Reserves in 2016. In 2017, I completed the Professional Certificate in Agile and Scrum course with Villanova University, and re-certified in late 2019. I have also taken several Project Management and Business Analysis courses.
