Eric Abramowitz is a Registered Pharmacist with a Bachelor of Science degree earned from the University of Pittsburgh. eric With over nineteen years of retail pharmacy experience including chain and independent stores, Eric has interacted with patients from many diverse communities. Despite a language barrier, Eric was fortunate to have been able to work in an inner city store where he truly got to know his patients beyond the store itself by providing patient counseling and running clinics promoting diabetes awareness. Through this opportunity, Eric realized that the patient relationship is the most important part of his profession and something that cannot be taken for granted.Eric’s most recent position at Glen Center Pharmacy was the one that spearheaded the decision to create Eric’s Rx Shoppe. When the store was sold after Eric spent over eleven years building so many personal and lasting relationships with members of the community, it became clear that Eric needed to restore what Doc Goldis had established some twenty years before him at the original Glen Center Pharmacy; a neighborhood pharmacy where patients could come to receive quick, confidential pharmacy services with professionalism and customer service a guarantee.Specialties: Eric’s Rx Shoppe has emerged from the Maple Glen community’s need for personalized patient care where the focus is on providing customers with quick, accurate, dependable and confidential pharmacy services.
