Responsible for the greater good of the Black Inclusion Group (BIG) ERG.Guiding the global team in setting and executing against the mission and vision of the organization, plan and complete all task within the strategic plan, and be the strategic liaison to executive leadership providing feedback underscoring the pulse of the organization. Duties include driving the vision and strategy, submitting annual business plans and budgets, liaisons with DIBs, executive sponsor, advisory resource council, other executives and leading quarterly global membership meetings.

Outbrain provides publishers a service for recommended links to increase traffic and generate revenue. In October 2013, Outbrain secured $35 million in Series E funding in a round led by HarbourVest. Total funding is $99 million.
