Use data supplied by supplier / manufacturer / end user to enter catalog records. Define Material/item classification, spare, general or consumable. Using the item type definitions. Catalog in accordance with current protocols and naming conventions as by JD Edwards. Maintain material data integrity. Maintain data accuracy. Check the item does not already exist in the inventory Communicate with operations / suppliers as required. Link item to equipment building BOM’s Reporting activities as required.

North and South Heap LeachWorked with the mechanical engineering department at the South mine and the North mine as maintenance mechanic helping in maintaining and installation of equipment in the crusher. Repair of defective bearings and carry out preventive maintenance on the crusher, gearbox and etc.Preventive Maintenance Office Worked on critical component of planned maintenance system such as: Work orders. Daily work schedules (DWS). PM Task list. Equipment history files. Backlog control boards and Daily planning meetings. Also write maintenance reports and organized pr-maintenance meetings.Central Engineering WorkshopWorked with the Heavy Duty Section, which is in charge of installation and repairs of earth moving equipment’s. Mostly on Caterpillar equipment’s and also worked on Isuzu trucks. Also perform preventive maintenance and repairs on compressors and generators.
