Design and layout mechanical drawing packages, and assemblies for the Sales and Production teams.Schedule and purchase all materials and products from outside vendors to meet the needs of the production schedule and staff. Draw ladder logic schematics from PNID Diagram.Travel to the customer's facility for set-up, and project commissioning of furnaces and equipment, to assure that all systems and components are installed, tested, and operating according the design criteria and specifications.Provide in-house sales and tech support.Program and set-up relay output, and 4-20 mA output temperature controllers. (Honeywell, Yokogawa, and, Eurotherm).Set up and install PLC's, and assist the Controls Engineer with trouble shooting, and the control process of the furnaces.Configure and tune burners for optimized control. Prepare documentation for all components, parts, and fabricated assemblies.Update and maintain the main computer server (13 employees), wireless network between two facilities, that communicate with the machine shop's, machines and tools.
