I am a software developer that helps users organize, understand, and share their data. I'm most interested in trip data like public transit, bikes rides, and flights. I'm most happy writing SQL to understand large data sets, and have experience with data processing with Java, R, and PostgreSQL. Most recently I've been working in the corporate travel industry to support airlines and corporations with actionable analytics based on the combination different datasets.Previously I worked with transit agencies to evaluate service performance and share data in open formats, and I helped traffic agencies collect and use traffic data to inform traffic control changes.
