Led development programs totaling $250M while providing direct interface with Boeing SVP and international MRO partners. Drove strategic alignment and continuous improvement by launching Total Performance Management (TPM) implementation across 3 categories; Nestle USA, Nestle Professional, and Nestle Nutrition. Identified schedule risk and opportunities along with developing baseline proposal schedules for government contract; helped drive metrics for duration of contract award.Integrated Scheduler - Planned, budgeted, and managed the cost/schedule performance for various F/A-18 and 787/KC135 programs. In accordance with monthly reporting and status ensured the completion of tasks and actions. Increased customer satisfaction and improved relationship. Developed initial baseline execution schedules for government (F/A-18) and commercial (787 and KC135) contracts. Weapons Estimating and Pricing Analyst - Developed and organized technical engineering labor estimates for F/A-18 and HARPOON/SLAM ER and JDAM engineering change proposals totaling over $60M in volume.Supplier Management and Procurement Operations - Launched career in a Co-Op/Leadership Rotational Program, conducted cost/price analysis and evaluated supplier proposals using various techniques/tools, trends, and parametric models.
