• Responsible for coordinating a team of engineers and technicians for the following:
• Customer Interaction – Deal directly with customers, both internal and external, to achieve the goals of the program. Direct relationships with manufacturers and carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, LG, Samsung, etc.
• Test Engineering – Setup of equipment and software to support the testing process requirement of the customers with the end goal of sending out a fully tested quality product to the end user. Example: RF testing.
• Product Engineering – Supporting the device throughout its lifecycle, from inception through its end of life. This included teardowns, fixtures, repair, modifications, etc.
• Project Engineering (NPI) – Lead and coordinate various teams and activities for launching new businesses and products.
• Training – Hands on technical training for all employees when hired and during the course of their employment. Maintaining training records for ISO certifications.

• Responsible for RF Setup and testing for all models, all carriers.
• Creation of RF testing fixtures, finding optimal positioning, and setup to all areas of the production floor.
• Creating test scripts to support products using the Agilent 8960, Anritsu 8820 B/C, Willtek 2201/4400, and Rohde and Schwarz CMW500/CMU200 RF test equipment.
• Interacting with carriers/ OEM’s as needed to establish correct process and minimize any issues.
• Working with test equipment manufacturers (Rohde and Schwarz, Aeroflex, and Anritsu) to resolve issues that arise during the testing process.

• Designing and implementing testing solutions for wireless devices.
• Analyzing failure trends to improve the production process.
• Provide engineering support to all companies in the repair chain.
• Ongoing collaboration with 3rd parties and customers to minimize failure rates.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of wireless handsets down to the component level.

• Responsible for the manufacturing and testing of semiconductors in a research and development environment.
