As an engineer at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, I apply my skills and knowledge in process improvement, process engineering, and six sigma to design and develop innovative solutions for the fiber optics industry. I have been working in this role since May 2023, after spending six years as a global product line manager at CommScope, where I successfully managed the fiber cable and fiber distribution hub cabinet business unit and initiated several new cable and cabinet products to meet customer needs and market demands.Besides being an engineer, I am also a business owner and an inventor. Since Dec 2018, I have been designing, developing, marketing, patenting, and distributing the "EZI" Scleral Lens Applicator, a product that I created out of necessity to help my father and many other scleral lens patients worldwide. This product reflects my passion for solving real-world problems and creating value for others. I also hold an EIT certification and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
