System Administrator with AJM-2512 Specialty Engineering Sub Group responsible for the administration of NASQuest system as well as associatedsystems SLSTools, Rsync Web App and AIMS. Including but not limited to user activation, security profiles, application software updates and OSpatching, hardware firmware updates, also support of the development environment of the systems.Support AJM-25, 2nd Level Engineer with systems as needed including activation/deactivation of users for required systems as required by FAA.Review and update all outstanding AIMS Issues against NASQuestAttend Operational Risk Management (ORM) BriefingsPrepare reports on the status of software upgrades to NASQuest as required.Maintain various hardware/software/applications within Secure Operational Support Environment including the NASQuest platform.Responsible for transitioning NASQuest and its associated applications to Secure-OSE.Provide support to various NAS and Non-NAS systems under AJM-2 umbrella as required.Provide technical and operational support, requirements writing, development, testing, documentation, risk assessment, evaluation, subject matterexpertise, operations integration, security, and impact analysis to systems that affect the National Airspace System (NAS).

Responsible for the FAA WJHTC “NAS Simulation and Analysis Modeling Laboratory”, including system and network analysis and design; LAN/WAN installation, configuration, and operation; forecasting infrastructure for routine maintenance and systems reengineering; user training; managing internet and intranet web servers. Perform software and systems design, development and upgrades to laboratory systems that use a wide range of software including HTML, CSS, MySQL, CGI/Perl on Apache HTTP Server for UNIX, VMWare, Oracle VM, and mini-microcomputer system support

Responsible for NasQuest (FAA Contract DTFACT-09-C-00007) administration (routers, workstations, server, software and users) and support of Steven Carr and Associates, LLC corporate network and software testing laboratory. Experience preparing proposals for FAA contracts as well as for the MAS contract.

TMA Second Level Support lab “System Administrator” responsible for the development of requirements for, design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of the TMA laboratory including but not limited to, power requirements, furniture layouts, workstation and rack layouts. Monitored and maintained the connectivity to all external lab interfaces (ERAM, HNL, ARTS, STARS, TMA, FTI), and implemented changes to any and all requirements for these WAN and LAN connections after careful analysis of any impact. Performed administrative support for the ATO-E TMA operational support sub-systems network including (weather distribution, ARTS data, hADDS data) as well as support for the ATO-E administrative LAN as it pertains to TMA Second Level Support users and hardware.
