As the South Region Operations Microbulk Manager II at Linde, I lead and improve the performance of our Microbulk Installation team across the South Region. With over 23 years of experience in the cryogenic industry, I have developed strong project management, operational discipline, and technical skills that enable me to deliver high-quality and timely results for our customers and stakeholders.I collaborate with various departments, such as sales management, national and regional operations, and distribution, to ensure alignment and coordination of Microbulk projects and activities. I also provide training and support to our Microbulk technicians, emphasizing safety standards and best practices. Additionally, I pursue my passion for sports by serving as a licensed professional boxing referee/judge in Texas and volunteering as an official for USA amateur boxing.
