About Eric Amber

Currently employed as a Facilities Development Manager with Los Angeles Unified School District. My primary task as an owner’s representative is to oversee all aspects from site planning through design and construction on a variety of projects for the district. These include over 500 million dollar comprehensive modernization and seismic retrofits of a two large west LA high schools as well as a variety of smaller projects at various sites within the district. I have extensive experience working with project stakeholders, hiring and negotiating contracts with Architects, Engineers and Contractors on many project types including residential, mixed use, commercial and civic / institutional. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of architecture, construction and development.
