-Assists in analyzing and producing accurate, timely reporting for the field and upper management-This role reports to a Finance Manager is assigned to a territory to provide insightful analysis to drive bottom line profitability-Is the Finance Partner to our field leadership within assigned regions of responsibility-Creates strong partnership with senior field leadership that is built on trust, transparency, and integrity-Drives profitability improvement by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions for management consumption-Supports the development of our store, district, region and territory level budgets and forecasts-Extracts large amounts of data and synthesizes for easy understanding by management-Provides financial training / support to field as necessary which may require travel

-Ensure timely collection of receivables per Accounting protocol-Send first and second manual past due notifications-Review sub-ledger for unsent auto notices and handle accordingly-Respond promptly to premium billing inquiries from customers / clients-Identify accounting discrepancies within the accounting sub-ledger and work with Senior Analyst to review and provide resolution-Process adjustments and write-offs within Analyst authorized threshold-Escalate Aged accounts and reconciling items according to protocol-Monitor premium Audits and escalate items according to protocol

-Assisted in resolving issues and handling customer/agent service inquiries that demand critical thinking, thorough triage, diligent follow-up, and effective communication-Handled incoming trade inquiries, gave prompt quotes to clients, and placed currency & CFD Trades on behalf of clients-Collaborated with the internal team to ensure client base is utilizing company services and products effectively-Understanding and applying knowledge of international regulations to assist with client questions
