As a Quality Control Supervisor, I oversee the quality assessment of all incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in a cocoa bean processing plant. I am responsible for planning and directing all activities related to maintaining quality standards.In terms of technical duties, I support the Quality Control Manager in managing the laboratory staff in both Physiochemical and Bean labs. I coordinate and ensure the efficient and effective running of these labs while assisting the Quality Control Manager in generating SOPS, manuals, and other necessary documentations.
