In Engineering, the possibilities are endless to what you can do with that degree. What makes the difference is being passionate about the product you produce. I have been involved in sports from a very young age and connect with all aspects of the game. In high school I created the schools first Rugby Club at West Linn and became the Teams first Captain after recruiting at multiple schools to join the team. Being involved in Research and Development of Sports Equipment is rewarding on many levels; to take apart a cleat, find out what is going wrong. Learn how we can make it better and discover the needs of the athlete. To then create basketball equipment and watch your products be worn by players performing at the highest level. After focusing on insights and delivering a product that meets the needs of the athlete and helps them perform to potentials they didn't know existed is why I became an Engineer.
