As a recent graduate of Norwegian University of Science and Technology and having pursued Master of Science in International Business and Marketing, I now deem my brief years of working experience prior to the study program as decked with in-depth knowledge on global business operations and international organization management. At Vodafone, the latest of the organizations in which my marketing career has had its progression, among others, I performed outstandingly in customer experience roles and robust but definitive B2B and B2C sales. Service delivery issues that bordered on critical circumstances and thus grimly affected customers (corporate, SMEs, individuals) within my operational jurisdiction received expedited “touch on the right button” by me to calm enraged customers and to help push further a rapid step to resolution. Thereby, bringing fulfillment to my catch-phrase to clients, “My word, my bond…ultimately to plant a spot of smile.”My research interests encompass digitalization, financial technology, B2B marketing, corporate governance, political communication, MNE operations in emerging markets, sustainability, and research paradigms involving qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.Anchored am I unto the unambiguous and team-oriented words of Reid Hoffman as he succinctly wraps it up as “No matter how brilliant your mind or strategy, if you’re playing a solo game, you’ll always loose out to a team.” Tenacity to achieve set ambitions drives me on.
