 Responsible for HMO and Grouplife renewal processes. Billing for both HMO and Grouplife upon inception of contract / collection. Processing of claims (medical, maternity, death) Prepare other documents ( ID’s for release /ID’s return / request for ID replacement / letter from providers / memo from business units).
