Executive responsibility for the implementation of Lee Health's strategic objectives at Health Park Medical Center including but not limited to medical center overall financial performance, quality and safety, coordination of care and patient experience. In dyad partnership with Health Park Medical Center's nurse executive, provides executive leadership for 1,700 full-time employees across the acute care facility. Health Park Medical Center serves its neighbors of Southwest Florida with approximately 24,000 patient admissions, 12,000 surgical procedures, 5,700 deliveries and 43,000 emergency department visits annually.
