Developing training materials and individually running multiple three-hour training sessions with more than 20 participants across 15 countries.- Assisted an Asian Conglomerate evaluate the market opportunity of mobile remittances within Asia. Role included developing the analysis to evaluate the market opportunity and developing the material to communicate to the client.

Select experience includes:- Assisted a Middle Eastern Operator strategise for the impact of an additional mobile operator. Role included analysing the commercial impact of lost subscribers, identifying the appropriate infrastructure sharing model for the region and assessing the impact of infrastructure sharing financial and traffic metrics.- Prepared a mobile operator for Mobile Termination Rate (MTR) negotiations with the national regulator. Role included developing an LRIC model, engaging with employees to gather required data, preparing training materials and independently training a team to perform this function in the future.
