Even when technology would fail us in our Hollywood office, the automatic reflex would be, “Someone call Eric!” Eric has a calm and focused demeanor, which is imperative to master within his field and due to the nature of our events. He is professional when interacting with everyone, whether it be asking you how your day was in the break room or making a CEO feel comfortable walking them through a run of show before a presentation. When we transitioned into a work from home environment in March of 2020, Eric was on the frontline to ensure every employee within Live Nation and Ticketmaster was set up with appropriate technological needs. He has gone out of his way to make sure he provides the upmost support while being remote: he’s responsive, he’s proactive, he’s thorough, he’s accommodating, and he follows up after problems were resolved to ensure the user experience is positive. Simply, Eric is has been a key, instrumental member of our organization. He has brought a great deal of support to me and the several executive calendars I assist with. Without question, the machine would not run as smoothly as it does without Eric. I would highly recommend Eric for any position he may wish to seek."
