Creating Enterprise Risk Management as a strategic function to link strategic planning and performance to monitoring the uncertainties (both qualitative and quantitative) of reaching those goals. Achieved a level 5 Risk Maturity and a level 4.5 Risk Culture on the Gartner assessment.Created value to EXIM using the in-house role-based training and techniques that Mr. Arnold developed.
