I manage Purpose Unlimited's suite of Business Services products serving independent wealth advisors, portfolio managers, and small/medium business owners through Advisor Solutions by Purpose and Driven by Purpose, and Purpose Investments.I'm a seasoned strategy and innovation leader with experience ranging from C-suite level strategy to founding and growing my own startup business. Previous to Purpose Unlimited, I spent almost a decade with Deloitte Consulting, working across corporate strategy, human centered design innovation, and diversity, equity & inclusion in a variety industries, including financial services, retail, professional sports, and mining.Between Deloitte and Purpose, I cofounded, launched and successfully exited my own CPG business, Mouche Bamboo Facial Tissues which was voted the #1 Household Paper Product in Canada by 4,000 consumers in the 2023 Product of the Year Awards. Upon exiting the business via sale to an acquirer, we had secured listings and sales in hundreds of grocery stores across Canada such as Whole Foods, Fortinos, Choices Markets, and Well.ca, plus had successfully established an ecommerce footprint on Shopify and Amazon.ca. As a father of two, I also believe deeply in men's active, positive participation in gender equity. Throughout my career, I've taken extensive parental leaves with both of my children to fully invest in becoming a skilled caregiver, supporter, and household manager. In 2019, I co-authored Deloitte's "The Design of Everyday Men" report that studies men's relationship with masculinity at home, at work, and in society. I have also volunteered with and support Next Gen Men to help create "a future where boys and men feel less pain and cause less harm".Prior to Deloitte, I received my International MBA at the Schulich School of Business, a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and started my career in Commercial Banking at TD Bank.
