I am responsible for all aspects of store performance. I provide leadership, management and supervision for the entire store operation while selecting, developing, supervising and leading subordinate management and a sales team in carrying out company directives and business strategies while maintaining a passionate approach to selling and servicing our customers.

Delivered results in a 2.3 million dollar door with a staff of 15+ employees including aquatics,dog training, adoptions and grooming center. Successfully promoted 3 associates from within to leadership roles. Drove shrink results down to within company standard. Store rated top three in client satisfaction of brand. Through identifying adoption partners and hosting events drove results to top three in adoptions within market. Adept at creating a team atmosphere across many platforms.

Ranked top 10% of company in results to LY, ensured payroll control, shrinkage management and delivered consistently for four years on all measurables.Built increased traffic with client acquisition through credit program ranked top in market. Developed succession plan for market with assistant manager for bench. Leader among peers during District Manager transition periods.

Responsible for all hiring decisions. Responsible for payroll, shrinkage control, merchandising decisions and all ordering of product for the store. Sales increased substantially above company average due to targeting of customer profile and ordering key products with high margins and quick turnover. Earned maximum allowable bonus for shrinkage control each year. Highest increase in average sale in District. Increased bridal registries three-fold to highest units-per-registry in District. Promoted two Assistants to Store Manager positions and one to District staff. Participated in four store openings.

Total responsibility for all merchandising decisions, promotional layouts, phase changes, fixture and signage needs, freight flow and back of house organization. Instrumental in training sales associates to exceed sales goals in each month of my tenure.
