As head of Enterprise Data & Analytics, I lead teams in multiple markets around the globe to synthesize and perform higher-order analysis on UiPath’s most critical operational data, including key financial forecasts and customer segmentation. My teams are responsible for the internal information architecture, administration of multiple data platforms, and all governance/stewardship of UiPath’s analytical data layer.

Komodo Health manages the most comprehensive, actionable map of healthcare data in the United States. As Vice President of Platform Engineering, I led a sixty-five person, cross-functional organization of the company's top engineers (data & full-stack), data scientists, and architects responsible for all enterprise data and platform microservices. I was accountable for data ingestion, warehousing, semantic modeling, and core services ranging from foundational (e.g., authn/authz) to higher-order analytics-as-a-service modules. Developed a GDPR- and HIPAA-compliant platform-as-a-service integration product suite (Sentinel) enabling seamless client data layer interactivity while maintaining information security needs. Our work fueled the growth of every consumer analytics product within Komodo, and Sentinel experienced 350% year-over-year sales growth to become our highest-grossing product offering.

As Director of CDPM Analytics, I led multiple engineering teams (30 data scientists, engineers, and analysts) that integrated model-driven product performance insight into Nike's most critical line- and assortment-planning functions. As a team, we led the application of ML models blending consumer feedback, image analysis, consumer & product segmentation, and marketplace performance metrics to inform Nike product innovation & brand storytelling, and structure seasonal lines to maximize margin and revenue.

As Director of Technology Strategy, I built a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team (14 data scientists, software engineers, and product analysts) to prototype the forecasting and planning infrastructure for Nike's Global Express Lane (GEL) program, spearheading the acceleration of Nike’s supply chain to achieve intra-seasonal consumer responsiveness. The result was a pioneering prototype ERP driven by cutting-edge ensemble forecasting, automating order capture, planning, and fulfillment, ultimately delivering +21% plan accuracy, +8% margin, and +16% net revenue ($300m) on managed product lines. GEL-planned styles were developed on a 60% faster timeline overall, saw 6-10% higher full-price sell-through, and as Mark Parker noted in Nike’s FY18 Q4 earnings call, Express Lane was Nike's fastest-growing product engine at the time it was debuted.

As the principal architect responsible for defining the reference patterns used across Nike's data and analytics landscape, I collaborated with engineers, solution architects, and technology management to educate and lay the infrastructural groundwork for what is now the standard stack employed throughout Nike’s big data landscape. Leveraging Spark, Snowflake, standardized Python libraries (Tensorflow, MXNet, Pandas, SKLearn), cloud-service providers/APIs (Databricks), and open-source orchestration (Airflow), this has become the analytics-at-scale blueprint used throughout the Enterprise Data & Analytics org (ED&A).

- Led project teams of analysts to produce comprehensive scenario-based class liability usingpersonally developed statistical models for multiple class action engagements with Fortune 500 healthcare and financial services firms.- Presented detailed statistical and algorithmic analysis of scenario outcomes to executive stakeholders, synthesizing large-scale, complex data sets acquired and harmonized across disparate custodial sources, visualized within Tableau. - Provided LECG-contracted SMEs with highly interactive tools to explore targeted, multi-dimensional SSAS models integrated through Excel to form expert opinion/testimony in multiple class action cases.- Performed client interviews to identify repositories of custodial data and scoped collection andaggregation efforts. Generated CDMs/ERDs as required to guide conformation of data repositories totemplate dimensional models.
