I handle all new hire online safety training, as well as scheduled yearly training for over 190 team members at 6 locations. Schedule hands on training in subjects such as Rigging, Load Securement, and Hazcom/GHS. I also complete contractor pre-qualifications so that our service technicians can gain access to customer sites. I am certified as a American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR-AED-First Aid instructor. Coordinate monthly safety meetings at two locations. I coordinate an internal Vo-tech program for team members to learn about safety, basic shop skills, basic electricity, AC Motors and DC Motors. I also process new customer credit applications, and credit references on our current customers, and backup payroll processor. Lead the committee reviewing our 401K and subsequent change in agent and provider.

Settlement of GL accounts on a daily basis. Monthly reconciliations of various GL and DDA accounts. Uploading daily credit card transactions to the GL accounts, and balancing credit card payments made at a branch location. Balancing of daily debit card transactions. Worked daily transactions that did not post properly to insure they post to the proper account.
