As a Merchandising ASM, I was responsible for leading and developing a team of supervisors and associates in execution of merchandising strategies, in-stock processes and customer service behaviors to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. As an Operations ASM, I was responsible for leading and developing a team of supervisors and associates.

As a Merchandising Execution Area Supervisor, I was responsible for leading and supporting a team of associates in providing merchandising support across multiple departments within a district of nine The Home Depot locations.

As a Department Supervisor, I was responsible for leading and supporting a team of associates within a single department to achieve sales goals, drive profitability, and ensure customers receive world-class service. In this role I supervised several different departments within Merchandising and Specialty Sales.

I started at The Home Depot in March of 2003 as a Lot Associate; assisting customers after checkout and maintaining the lot/front end. At the time, I never could have imagined that this "seasonal" job would be the start of what became a nearly 14 year career of growth and development with an amazing company.
