• Manages a staff of 11 specialists of Feed Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Toxicology and Regulatory Affairs. • Member of the PHILEO Leadership Team and, as such, participates in the development of the strategy of the Business Unit in terms of Industrial, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. • Directs Global Regulatory Affairs operations for PHILEO through the management of a staff of 5 persons skilled in the field, in link with the Group Regulatory Affairs and a dedicated Local Network. o Ensures a regulatory watch and identify regulatory requirements in targeted countries, prepare and draft approval dossiers according to deadlines and product launch schedules,o Certifies follow-up and renewal of authorizations and labelling, manages the countries / products database for reporting and prioritization purposes.o Communicates to the marketing and sales teams the progress of the registration dossiers to contribute to the success of new product launches.o In link with Group Regulatory Affairs Division conducts lobbying actions and participates in meetings of professional organizations of which Phileo is a member, develop a global network dedicated to regulatory affairs.• Directs global Downstream Processes operations for PHILEO through the management of a staff of 5 persons skilled in formulation, feed technology and analytics in link with the Group Industrial Division.o Guarantees the implementation of relevant analysis methods (biochemistry, microbiology, in vitro assays).o Manages a database of products and ensures a benchmark of competitors, pilot the implementation of product specifications in the industrial units.o Ensures all aspects related to the safety and sustainability are taken into account during development of Phileo products, and the proper utilization of Phileo products in the conditions of use of our customers.

Marcq-En-Baroeul, France

• Manages a R&D international staff of 15 Project managers (PhD and engineers), 8 PhD student and 5 technicians, based in different countries (France, Canada). • Member of the PHILEO Leadership team and, as such, participates in the development of the strategy of the Business Unit in terms of R&D. • Proposes, sets up, dispatches, and follows up PHILEO research programs.• Develops a network of relations in the academia/private research organizations active in feed additives development all over the world. Coordinates research activities with corporate R&D in charge of biotechnological processes.• Directs all regulatory affairs operations for PHILEO through the management of 2 persons skilled in the field. ACTISAF (living yeast), SAFMANNAN (Yeast Parietal Fraction) and SELSAF (Selenium yeast) have been registered in the EU for a wide range of species. • Contribute to the creation of an experimental facility dedicated to ruminants in cooperation with the ESAP in Toulouse. (The Farm Phileo)• Contribute to the creation of 2 experimental facilities dedicated to non-ruminants and products formulation in Loos, in the North of France.• Organize the training of technical sales/technical services forces in Europe, Americas and Asia.

Marcq-En-Baroeul, Hauts-De-France, France

• In charge of the Lesaffre R&D budget for feed additives development (enzymes and living yeast). • Management of 2 Research Engineers.• Collaborative studies with European and US animal Research Centres in various species (pigs, ruminants, and poultry).• Registration of EU registration dossiers and follow-up of the regulatory affairs for micro-organisms and enzymes registration• Complete elaboration and participation, as leading company, to European R&D Project dedicated to the use of enzymes for new applications in animal nutrition (EUREKA ENZANYM and FIBRAZYM projects). • Technical support for the Marketing department in charge of European and American customers.

Formulation of feeds for young ruminants, developement of new formulations, management of quality control laboratory (2 persons), technical support of sales forces.

R&D related to pharmocokinetics of alpha-methyl DOPA in rabbits.
