• Customer Support Phone Calls, Check/ACH Stop Payment requests, Stop payment suspect reporting. Account Maintenance-Product codes, change of addresses, Check corrections.• Return Items/Chargeback Reporting- Review/Calling Customers decision-making on re-deposit/return items.• Debit Cards-troubleshooting, reorders, hot cards limit changes.• Nonpost Reporting-Working with RM and customer with those on restriction accounts to process or deny incoming ACH/Checks transactions. OD/NSF Reporting.

Primary functions are to assist e-banking customers with troubleshooting calls on Online Banking products such as, Billpay/Zelle issues, external transfers, mobile deposit capture reviews, password lockout customers, and transaction inquiries.• Setup up new Bus Online banking enrollments with Cash Management products such as RDC, Wire or ACH completethe enrollment set up training sessions for the customer for each individual product requested plus setup up any softwareinstallation required for the customer such as a scanner, soft token, and necessary programs that need to be downloaded.• Work with Mobile deposit reviews and 2nd-day daily reporting for mobile deposits to determine whether holds are necessary andrequired.
