As a coach, I provide Leadership and Executive Coaching for Professional and Executive MBA students within Haslam's College of Business Leadership and Development Program. From the faculty side, I co-create, co-develop and co-present Continuous Innovation to organizations nationwide seeking to expand their organization by shifting to an infinite mindset.
