Young professional French 34 years old , working in the customers services , hospitality for over 15 years , I’ve learn and developed divers skills and combined them to be able to deliver customers needs throughout the years. I’m currently Senior floor supervisor in the top two and busiest Royal Opera House's Restaurants Making sure every service operated for lunch/evening performances , all different productions and timing, crucial for us and as our main mission is to deliver the right food on time chosen by our guests. Customers/Relations take a big part in the operation consisting on building customers files, following up with comments , requests ,... the way for us to always be one or two steps ahead their needs. Better to work very closed and good collaborations with the reservations department who gives us all the informations needed to make sure we are ready to provide what we do best, a great customers experience delivery.
