Responsible for directing and coordinating information technology infrastructure services, project management, and information security efforts across the organization by identifying goals, objectives, and metrics consistent with the corporation’s strategic plan.Key Responsibilities:1. Define the strategic architecture of the IT infrastructure along with integration and support of business function and establish a roadmap to delivery through a multi-year investment plan.

Provide vision and leadership in developing and implementing information technology initiatives. As Chief Information Officer, I direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. Responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems.My strength is aligning technology strategies with organizational goals. I have the technical and management background to direct staff to accomplish projects in a cost efficient and timely manner. My staff applies the LEAN principles to all projects, focusing on placing the correct technology in the right location within the work flow.

Provide leadership to medical center in the management of information technology by supporting the CIO and supervising the information systems department. Provide the medical center with an information systems department that is supportive of a clinical/patient focus mission and business strategy. Directly supervise Systems and Applications Manager, Help Desk and Operations Supervisor, Clinical Informatics Manager, Projects and Integration Manager, and Network Services Manager.
