• Assist the hatchery manager in the operation of hatchery ( 9 Hatchtech Machines)• Plan and Prepare the setting program for hatching eggs setting and sales• Conduct Post hatch analysis for each flock• Conduct vaccination through spray and subcutaneous• Prepare and Arrange DOC allocation for Broiler farm and DOC sales• Prepare Preventive maintenance schedule • Work as quality control as well by ensuring that all procedures pertaining to sanitation and hygiene are being done according to standard

• Manage the research facilities in Malang, Indonesia• Conduct density measurement and Harvest of lemnacea and Wolfia.• Monitor daily water temperature, Ph, salinity and conductivity and its rotation speed• Conduct hach Test for Total Nitrogen and Phosporus and water alkalinity test• Evaluate daily growth of lemnacea and wolfia• Ensure that all parameters are within the standard as required to attain target production of duckweed ( Kg/ sq. meter

• Manage the hatchery with 36 machines ( Petersime incubator) Producing 200,000 DOC per day which is semi automated in production line with Prinzen machine for egg setting and Viscon machines from transfer line until DOC selection up to vaccination and packing.• Coordinate to Broiler and Sales department regarding their Day Old Chick requirements for the next 3 week.• Coordinate to Breeder Department regarding the hatching eggs requirement• Prepare Budget for hatchery operation• Coordinate to QA department regarding the swab results and its action taken if there is non-conformance• Manage staff with multi-culture such as Indian, Bangladesh, Nepal and Pakistan.• Evaluate hatch result and give feed back to Breeder manager if there is hatchability problem observed in line to the standard hatchability based on age of the flock.• Trouble shoots hatchery issues pertaining to low hatchability, lower DOC recovery and higher percentage of rejection if there is.• Coordinate to HR department regarding staff requirement, replacement and termination as per company code of conduct.• Ensures that all parameters concerning proper incubation are within the standard to attain the maximum performance of chicks at the farm.

•Responsible for the day to day activities of hatchery, broiler and breeder farm; manages all aspects of poultry business necessary to sustain the operation as a viable, exemplary revenue-producing institution in accordance with the plan and ensures maximum operational and financial performance of the poultry business.•Responsible in planning the required volume of broiler by processing plant to attain the requirement of marketing in terms of fresh, frozen chickens and added value products•Plans for the hatchery the hatching eggs and Day old chick requirement to attain the target volume required by the broiler department and oversee its total operation to produce quality DOC to be delivered to the internal and contract growing farms which will lead to broiler efficient performance through lower mortality and lower FCR.•Manage the breeder operation (160,000 PS level) supervise by different managers with the goal to produce the least cost and quality hatching eggs with good fertility and hatchability that lead to least Day old chicks to be produced.

•Responsible for the day to day activities of the hatchery including planning special projects related to maintaining an excellent hatching environment, ensuring cost effectiveness is maintained and administering personnel policies in a fair and consistent manner. •Responsible making weekly projections of Day Old chicks and seeking outside sources when necessary.•working with Quality Control to ensure proper procedure is followed and that proper cleaning has been done, •Calculate hatchery mechanical performance and ensuring preventative maintenance is in place. •Coordinate with broiler contract growing manager for chicks to be delivered to the farm, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.

•Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to Hatchery operation to ensure maximum production performance at minimum cost in accordance with the established standards and objectives.•Negotiate with other tolling partner and customers•Evaluate and analyze hatch result as per breed standard and inform the business partner regarding its data result with non conformance
