I managed the sales and marketing of TTI products in Home Depot including Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Ridgid tools in the Midwest Territory. My main focus was the Chicago land area, including all surrounding suburbs. I was responsible for 12 sales representatives and 78 Home Depot Stores. I also worked closely with the merchandising department to design ways to showcase our products best to help boost sales numbers for my territory.My goal was to support and coach my team so they would become well developed and promoted quickly.
