To the Industry I'm a User Experience Lead. What does that even mean? I am a creative, business-minded public servant. My intention is to apply 20+ years of strategic thinking, imagining and making to help as many people as possible fulfill their human potential. I live in the future, where anything is possible if we follow the dream and the plan. That plan involves looking deep within the human condition and deriving levers for businesses to scale and sustain impact. I'm obsessed with the big picture AND the details. I direct AND I do. I synthesize complicated and conflicting ideas into the things that matter. I inspire cross-disciplinary teams to listen and believe and care, to imagine and create and build, and to fail, try again and transcend. Personal Philosophy: I believe we carry hidden notions of self, of who we should and could be. I believe that Design achieves its highest purpose when it helps us become that self.
