Managed CEMS department, while also gaining knowledge of labor contracts and employee relations with IBEW.• Completed American Management Association front line supervision course at Blue Ridge Community College to gain effective communication, organizational and leadership skills.• Occasionally throughout my career I acted as maintenance supervisor during times of vacation, training, and outage contractor supervision.• Work with operations of changes in planned work and emergent work that affect operations plans.• Extensive Instrument and Controls Logic knowledge and experience working on a variety of different DCS, and PLC based systems including the following: Emerson Ovation, Mitsubishi, Honeywell Experion PKS, ABB/Bailey Infi90 DCS, Fisher Rosemount DeltaV, Allen Bradley and GE PLC, GE Machine Edition, and pneumatic controls, in Power, Water and Cement industries. • Sat on board of Blue Ridge Community College for Mechatronics program development • Installed, engineered, and upgraded a Westinghouse 1MW Hydroelectric Turbine/Generator control system with remote motoring, historical archival and operator interface utilizing GE Machine Edition programming software. • Installed Pavilion Perfecter software on a CE 92 MW Coal fired plant for NOx reduction lowering NOx emissions from .45 to .28 lb/mmBTU.• Completed facilitator courses for Reliability Centered Maintenance (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Also performed several FMEA and RCA analyses on both equipment and accident investigations.• Certified Water treatment plant operator (WC1) in state of PA.• Proven abilities in a wide range of technical skills including Tuning of control loops, water treatment analysis, chemical dosing, control cabinet wiring, extensive computer knowledge, welding, AC and DC drive implementation and system optimization/recommendations.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SPI, • Working knowledge of SAP business management software.
