As a Police Lieutenant at City of Pittsburgh, I am responsible for overseeing and managing the operations, personnel, and budget of a police zone. I have over 10 years of experience in law enforcement, serving as a Police Sergeant and a Police Detective in the past. I have developed and delivered training programs for officers and supervisors, enhanced communication and collaboration among units and agencies, and implemented best practices and policies to ensure public safety and accountability. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership and Administration, with a focus on improving the leadership and organizational culture of the police department. My mission is to foster a positive and respectful work environment, where officers can grow and excel in their careers, and where the community can trust and rely on the police service. I am passionate about learning, mentoring, and innovating in the field of criminal justice.
