Duties and Responsibilities:Server and Network monitoring with 24/7 support (Linux OS (UBUNTU) Windows servers) and perform server deployment.Process Incident related tickets and made sure consistent SLA is met.Monitoring tools optimization and remote technology, JIRA,CONFLUENCE, ICINGA, Status Cake, COMM monitoring, BAMBOO, Apache, Troubleshoot issues with the Network, Servers, Access requests , Password change, Account Creations, and Linux related problems.Send email notifications to resolver group when a Priority 1 Incident appears. Made sure all Incidents are documented and resolved following ITIL procedure.Local IT support within Meteogroup Philippines such as Printer, Network Configurations and server related.Ability to interpret and debug application log files on Linux and Windows operating systemsMonitor system stability and performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and usability Implement, improve and maintain the automation around the delivery of server maintenance and software upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, vulnerabilities, and security configurations with minimal software down-time Define and document system architectures, systems configurations, and technical operational processes and policies Create and implement monitoring, procedures, tools and standards related to system and application security (e.g. intrusion detection, denial of service, configuration change,OS patching, etc.) Participate in an on-call rotation support when needed specially during weekends.Experience with issue trackers and development tools e.g. Service Now, JIRA, Eclipse, Visual StudioExcellent organization skills.Superior communications skills, both written and verbalhttp://www.meteogroup.com/en/us/home.html

Responsibilities:• Serves as a communication channel between IT-Operations and clients.• Provide Tier 2 IT support in different Business Units.• Provide technical support for the various software applications (freeware & license type).• Troubleshoot, configure mobile device such as iPhone, Android Phone, Blackberry mobile units.• Document all service and incident requests in Ticketing System (LANDesk).• Provides site technical support for configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of Laptop/Desktop PCsand related peripherals.• Provides support for the maintenance of basic connectivity and local access to network services.• Ensures security of the deskside / server environment from external and internal virus threats.• Escalates hardware/software problems when required.• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

• Receive and process inquiries regarding contract provisions, policy status, cash value, or general company procedures.• Multiple processing systems effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Operating knowledge of windows XP/7 and standard MS Office/Exchange/E-mail applications; working of LAN/WAN environments.
