I am a UX/Customer Experience Researcher who uses a combination of design thinking, product thinking and evidence-based research to influence business metrics. I currently run a market research effort that provides research services for the entire in the entire retail industry. in July 2019, my company was launched.For most of my adult life, I have struggled to find a career that would spark my imagination and give me satisfaction. During this quest, I spent 4.5 years in the crypto space, delving into the future of digital currency developments and trends with friends.In 2013, in my mid-26s, I experienced two big adventures - moving to a new country and shifting to UX research in my master's program. I was introduced to UX in the first quarter of my graduate program and then never looked back. My interest in understanding consumer and user behavior ultimately drove my career in user research. So far, I've been trying to find projects to gain experience and learn about qualitative research methods.When I'm not working, you'll find me traveling, exploring restaurants, and cooking fresh meals.
