Responsible for all production Engineering CAD drawings; primarily curved window drawings and outsourced quoting and feasibility for custom components.Responsible for production drawings of brake forms, curved extrusions, curved cut glass and any other components involved production of custom curved window, as well as shop drawings for customer approval.Works directly with the shop employees who are responsible for fabricating and assembling all curved windows to ensure highest quality finished products.Regularly involved with creating proposal and shop drawings to illustrate feasible application, and for sales support.

Responsible for preparing many types of thermal simulation reports including NFRC 100/200/500-2010, AAMA-507, Dewpoint Analysis and Total Product U-Factor for site built commercial products.Works with Customers, Engineers and Architects to complete required tasks. Responsible for customer interaction pertaining to their corresponding project.Created many Excel Spreadsheet and AutoCAD tools to speed up the Thermal Simulation process; Eliminating redundant tasks.Responsible for invoicing and time management and time tracking for each job.

Worked with other technicians, engineers, general contractors, and customers to produce skylight and other all glass window systems as a final product.
