Replacement of legacy Core/Distribution blocks with new the new 3750X series switches. • Planned, Build, Deploy Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine). The overall design included the profiling of over 10,000 endpoints including IP Phones, Desktops, Printers, any more using a mix of authorization policies and authentication methods as 802.1x or Mac Authentication Bypass (MAB). • • • Designed Architecture included High Availability, Active/Active Radius and Administration servers that service the network devices and process authentication.

• Design and Configurations on Cisco ASA's, Routers, Switches, Voice Gateway's, and Nexus series equipment.• Planned and Built LAN Network Security features including DHCP Snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection on Cisco 3750 and 3850 series Access Layer Switches. • Design and Configured multiple GRE Tunnels encrypted with IPSEC VPN.• Created new subnets and advertised them across the WAN using BGP. EIGRP was used for LAN's and redistributed into BGP over WANs. Created DMVPNs and for store environments and BGP advertisements through the Tunnels.• Worked on Nexus Series 7k and 5k configurations. Built FEX’s to connect Nexus 5k’s to 2k's. The 7k was 2 VDC design acting as both Headquarters Core and Data Center Core, which replaced an IOS 6500 solution.• Designed policy for QoS across WAN on Riverbed Steelhead Devices. Built classes to associate priority values and applied packet shaping to them. Matched DSCP values to classes that were applied to match what each MPLS Provider was assigning within our SLA package.• Designed and Configured Private Vlan's and Port based Access-lists around the companies needs for PCI Compliance. • Built VIPs for A10 and F5 LTM Load balancers. • IOS and code upgrades to network equipment• Daily support on Cisco ASA configurations on single and Multi-Context ASAs. • Support for Microsoft DNS and DHCP Scopes. Also used DynDNS to handle request for all outside domains.• Migrated network equipment to use Aruba ClearPass Radius, TACACS+ servers. Aruba ClearPass was chosen as the 802.1x radius servers for port based authentication. • Decommissioned an existing Cisco ACS and re-configured tacacs-servers entries to use Aruba ClearPass and performed Active Directory sync for Radius and TACACS+

• Manage and lead all Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Management roles. Duties include selling and supporting the design of voice, data, and converged networks built on Cisco, Avaya, 3CX, and other major SMB and Enterprise technologies to the SMB Marketplace. • In a separate division, Commercial Contracting duties include supporting voice and data rollout projects and break fix calls for Nationwide Retail Companies across the entire state of Missouri and South Western Illinois. • Provide problem management to sub-contractors, clients, and end users while marinating detailed documentation in order to diagnose issues, troubleshoot, make changes and resolve problems more accurately and quickly when technical and non-technical issues arise. • Direct engineering implementing VoIP Technologies over Cisco and Cyberoam Delivered SMB Data Networks for multi-site and single site locations.• Installations, including Avaya, Nortel, NEC, 3CX, and other SIP Based VoIP systems. • Managing over 1200 separate projects and approximately 70 concurrent projects adhering to budgets, estimates and profitability by developing forecasts for resources and tracking project actual and variances. • Serve as liaison between service providers and technicians to ensure best practices were being kept and to minimize project risks. • Work with Service Dispatchers and supporting organizations to assemble business cases and scope project efforts. • Responsible for the scheduling, budgets, billing vendor liaison activity, pilots, implementations, training, and communication, at all levels. • Responsible for the vendor management of all sub-contractors which included; project assignments, recruiting, coaching, performance grading and guidelines.

- Managed large tier account relationship with Thomson Reuters and all projects at an engineering level in 3 St. Louis Area Data Centers. Principal activities include local, national, and international connectivity. Responsible for all new and or existing production and development projects that are to be implemented in any the 3 main data centers in the St. Louis Region.- Responsibilities included the on site technical engineering for over 100 routers, 45 switches, and multiple circuits including Sonnet, Ds3, T1’s PRI and BRI’s using ISDN, Frame Relay, and HDLC encapsulation methods which provide communications between the St. Louis data centers and the rest of the world and make up BT’s Networks.- Responsible for any project/issue that would directly or indirectly impact the customer experience orrevenue stream. Project assignments were based on customer concerns or any disruption to service that could be traced to a lack of process.- Managed design, test and delivery projects of Z end Circuits which required meeting with technical teams to identify physical components required for implementation and delivery (i.e. Telco Mux, cable paths, Router and Switch compatibility, etc) and meeting with BT and customer operational leads to identify installation and support components and processes.- Developed project plans with estimated timelines and forecast, put together presentations for customer Operations Management to secure projects for installation.- Responsible for installation and management of Fiber Optic (Sonet) circuit installations, coordination and planning for technology conferences with BT Ops and customer Ops, and for weekly productivity calls pertaining to Service Delivery agreements for equipment maintenance and support.

- Extended leadership to a team of Sr. level engineers with comprehensive and professional support to clients as part of a service management team, supporting Reuters Real Time Data products. Utilizing expert technical and communication skills, I ensured service level excellence was achieved within our team’s role, including new installations or existing production Windows 2003 server environmentsspecifically IBM X series servers and Hewlett Packard DL series servers.- Delivered last mile support to our customers liaising telecommunications problems with vendors such as Savvis, BT Radianz, and IBM, this includes troubleshooting existing issues with site servers, installations, and capacity management providing reports and network analysis for new releases.- Attended daily calls to bring upper level managements attention to any current issues or outages residing on the IDN network. In the event any slowness of data or head end systems which were affected, an Alert would be issued to all our clients notifying them of such problems and where.- Developed technical specification and appointed the role for Server Security and Mass Distributions which included writing SLA for distributions in production server environments.
