• Planned and Built LAN Network Security features including DHCP Snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection on Cisco 3750 and 3850 series Access Layer Switches.
• Design and Configured multiple GRE Tunnels encrypted with IPSEC VPN.
• Created new subnets and advertised them across the WAN using BGP. EIGRP was used for LAN's and redistributed into BGP over WANs. Created DMVPNs and for store environments and BGP advertisements through the Tunnels.
• Worked on Nexus Series 7k and 5k configurations. Built FEX’s to connect Nexus 5k’s to 2k's. The 7k was 2 VDC design acting as both Headquarters Core and Data Center Core, which replaced an IOS 6500 solution.
• Designed policy for QoS across WAN on Riverbed Steelhead Devices. Built classes to associate priority values and applied packet shaping to them. Matched DSCP values to classes that were applied to match what each MPLS.
