At CBRE I guided Fortune 500 companies on their workplace EV charging strategy, advised top 100 fleet owners on their future EV charging infrastructure needs, and helped property owners monetize their public parking spaces by adding EV chargers. I also helped develop a proprietary tool for workplace owners to estimate the number of EV chargers they should plan to install over the next 5 years, and what the associated costs would be.

-Installed over 200 Level 2 (208V power, J1772, 9.6 kW) and 20 DCFC (480V power, CCS, 50-180 kW) public EV Chargers-Managed prime and subcontractors throughout Washington, Oregon, NorCal, SoCal, Arizona, & Chicago-Created and implemented process forms such as bid documents, change order forms, RFI templates, schedules, and logistics plans-Worked with landlord, tenant, and network operator to ensure all needs are met both from a timing and budget perspective-Onboarded new vendors-Interviewed and trained over 15 new hires within operations-Worked with field service and technicians to test and verify charger status and operations-Worked with internal sales team to build and execute new signings

-Main PM for 3 new WeWork spaces (20k-80k sqft) within San Jose and Seattle-Helped create internal construction division during hyper growth phase of company
