I am currently serving as the System Engineer at CHEC. I provide expertise and knowledge to ensure the Cooperative meets its short-term and long-term electric service needs. I assist in providing engineering services for design, construction, and operation of the Cooperative’s electrical system. I also assist with the development and implementation of engineering policies, procedures, and best practices that align with CHEC's business objectives. I also assist in directing and coordinating departmental employees to accomplish engineering tasks.

I entered the Army as a Specialist in August 2018. I was promoted to Sergeant in May 2020 and was placed in a Squad Leader position that same month, fulfilling a role typically filled by a Staff Sergeant. I was rated #1 against my peers and led my squad through both domestic and international theaters. I was responsible for the well-being of my Soldiers, as well as for the maintenance and accountability of $795,685 worth of equipment, including sensitive and secret items.

I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the FREEDM Center under Dr. Mesut Baran. I assisted with a project to assess the electrical and economical impacts of planned PV systems.

I was and Engineering Intern and assisted in engineering projects, maintaining their fleet of vehicles, and other general office administration.
