Enabled a total reduction in inventory of $25 million. • Identified inventory reduction opportunities for finished product inventory greater than three years old. Implemented process to verify outlooks and provide appropriate outlook adjustments.• Developed and implemented an operational capability model and asset scheduling process, including product wheel and safety stock levels, at a contract manufacturing facility, in order to manage a single-crew operation utilizing two production lines. Resulted in a one-time fixed cost reduction of $410,000 and a working capital reduction of $3.65million, during which, customer service levels increased by 5%. • Identified numerous improvement opportunities regarding inventory reduction through the development of a Value Stream Map of the Tyvek® Spruance Plant.
